Sugarmoon Collective is located in Sydney, Australia and we ship to all states Australia wide. If you are located in a country outside Australia and would like to purchase from us, please contact our customer support team and we will provide you with a quote.

We ship all of our parcels by Courier and offer either Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. You can select the shipping option you prefer at the checkout. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days and Express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note this is an estimate and delivery times vary depending on your location.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you've placed your order. Your tracking details will be sent to the same email address so please let us know if you do not receive your order confirmation email.

All orders are sent with authority to leave parcel, if you do not want your parcel left please specify this in the shipping notes. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We work very hard to pack and ship your orders as soon as we possibly can. Most stock orders are shipped out within in 1-7 days. 

Delivery Delays

Once your order has left our studio, any delays caused by our shipping partners are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. We will however do our best to assist with any issues that may arise. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by our shipping partners and may vary depending on your location.

Incorrect Address

If you incorrectly enter your address and it is returned to us we will need to charge a $30 shipping fee.
