Safety

What are your safety guidelines?

Your baby’s safety is our number one priority. Please ensure to read and understand our Safety Guidelines before Lounger use:

• Direct supervision is required at all times when using the Daily Support Lounger. Under no circumstances should you leave baby in the Baby Lounger unattended, regardless of their activity.

• Be sure to check on your baby regularly.

• Do not use the baby Lounger in, or in place of a cot, bassinet, moses basket or other sleeping device. Never use the baby Lounger in an enclosed space. 

• Do not place the Baby Lounger next to a wall, or vertical or hard surface.

• Do not use loose blankets with the baby Lounger.

• Do not place loose objects in the Baby Lounger, including pillows and toys.

• Always place baby on their back in the Baby Lounger, with their feet touching the bottom of the baby Lounger. 

• Only use the Baby Lounger on a flat, stable surface. 

• Do not tilt the Baby Lounger or place it on any surface that it could fall from.

• Keep the Baby Lounger away from any open flames.

• If using our Daily Support Lounger Covers, ensure cover is securely attached and flattened before placing baby inside.

Are your products breathable?

Yes, the Daily Support Loungers are created using organic Tencel fibres and polyester fill. The fibres are spun using a 3D mesh technology to create a space of optimum air flow. Tencel fibres are an eco-efficient fibre known for their breathability, stretch and temperature regulation.

Can you use the Daily Support Lounger for sleeping and co-sleeping?

Padded Loungers are for supervised use only. The Daily Support Lounger is not a sleeping device and should not be used for co-sleeping.

If not for overnight, when can I use the Lounger?

Any time you need an extra set of arms to hold and soothe your baby, you can use the Daily Support Lounger. The perfect item for picnics in the park, beach days, supervised tummy time, face to face interaction and play time.

General

Are babies able to move their arms and legs while in the Daily Support Lounger?

Yes, they can. The Lounger does not restrict any movement. Baby can move their arms and legs freely while feeling comforted by the padded sides.

How long can I use the Daily Support Lounger for?

Our Loungers are suited for babies 0-9 months depending on their size. As your baby gets older, they may outgrow their Lounger naturally. Many toddlers have continued to use their Lounger as a place to sit while relaxing with a book or watching TV.

How should I position my baby in the Lounger?

Place your baby in the centre of the lounger, on their back.

Can I use the Daily Support Lounger without a cover?

Absolutely! Tencel is a beautifully soft fabric and perfect for sensitive skin. Having a cover on the Lounger, however, greatly reduce the amount of washing the Lounger needs itself. It is much quicker and easier to wash a cover than the entire Lounger. We usually see our customers buy two covers. This is so that they have a cover to put on the Lounger while the other is in the wash.

I'd like to buy the Daily Support Lounger as a gift for someone. How do I set that up?

The most thoughtful gift! The gift of support. When you start the checkout process, you can leave a special note for your loved one which we will print out and neatly place in the box. Alternatively, our Gift Cards are also a popular way to gift a loved one a Daily Support Lounger or Sugarmoon Collective product.

Care

How do I wash and care for the Daily Support Lounger?

The Daily Support Lounger can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and a small amount of gentle liquid washing detergent (ensure to dab and blot the affected area). Machine wash your Lounger on cold (less than 30°) and on a gentle cycle with like colours. Line dry in shade and in a location with breeze flow. You can read more about our care instructions here.

My cover shrunk after I washed it. Can I fix this?

Wash in cold water only and gently re-stretch the fabric out before air drying completely. You can also let it hang dry, in both directions to help stretch the fabric even more.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I cancel or update information and items on my order?

Please send us an email at hello@sugarmooncollective.com within hour of placing your order and we will try to help as best we can. Please note that immediately after placing your order it starts going through the despatch process. It may, therefore, not always be possible to cancel your order or make any updates.

Please note: If a shipping label has already been created, we will not be able to cancel your order and you will need to follow the process to return your order.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If your order was placed within the last 1 hour and you need to change your shipping address, please email our Support team at hello@sugarmooncollective.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you with updating your shipping information.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason your purchase is not right for you, you are welcome to return your item within a 7 day period from the date you received it.

The item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. Gift Cards may not be returned. Items marked as sale will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
